Why Partner?

As communication systems and technology advance, complexity and support issues are now far more complicated than had previously existed. Access to the manufacturer or telecommunications provider is now also far more complicated than previously due to the increase in the overall product range.

A good example of this is the increase in telecommunication services available for WAN or internet access i.e. ADSL. The deployment of ADSL has reduced the WAN access costs, but questions such as availability, type and security have added an additional complexity to the purchasing decision.

It is by partnering with the development of inter company relationships that these problems can be more readily resolved. Additionally, a partnership indication is a sign that the integrator, in this case FastNetworks, has achieved a measured level of accreditation with the other partner i.e. an indication of competence. FastNetworks also needs to have confidence in our partners to ensure not only reliable delivery of services and products, but that the products operate and function as specified. Our partners must also have extensive technical support, not only for FastNetworks, but for our customers also.
